1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the present petition is covered with the decision rendered by this Court in WPS No. 2177/2021 (B. Maheshwar Rao & Anr. v. State of Chhattisgarh & Ors.) decided on 11/06/2021 wherein it has been held as under in paragraphs 5 and 6 :- "5. Given the said submissions by the counsel for the parties, the writ petition stands disposed of directing respondents 1 & 2 to take an appropriate decision in the case of petitioners deciding as to whether the petitioners would be entitled for the exemption for being declared as Trained Teachers or not ?

6. Let an appropriate decision be taken in this regard at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order."

2. Learned State counsel would also submit that this writ petition is covered by the aforesaid order and it be disposed of accordingly.

3. Accepting the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondents 1 & 2 to take an appropriate decision in the case of petitioners deciding as to whether the petitioners would be entitled for the exemption for being declared as Trained Teachers or not within a period of 60

days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No cost(s).
