After perusal of the documents, the statement and agreement along-with FIR, leave to appeal is granted. Registry is directed to register the case as acquittal appeal. As the respondents are already represented by Mr. Sunil Sahu, Advocate, no further notice would be required. The respondents are directed to furnish the bail bonds in sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety each before the trial Court within a month from today so that their presence may be secured before this Court as and when needed till final disposal of the appeal.
