Advocate Hon'ble The Vacation Judge Order on Board 23/05/2017 The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.70 of 2017 registered at Police Station Mujgahan, District Raipur (Chhattisgarh) for the offence punishable under Sections 452, 427, 506, 147 of IPC and Section 3 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act (Lok Sampati Kshati Nivaran Adhiniyam).

The applicant is president of the student union of Kusabhau Thakre Journalism university. He allegedly entered the premises of the university and caused loss of university property and criminally intimidated the officers and servants of the university.

The applicant's annual examination of M.Sc second semester is scheduled to take place from 25th May, 2017. Therefore, considering all relevant aspects of the matter, this Court is inclined to release the applicant on bail.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed. The present applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of
Rs.25,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned trial Court. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
