1. The present MCC has been filed seeking modification to the order dated 18.03.2019 passed in WPS No. 1924 of 2019.

2. The modification sought for is to the extent that while disposing of the writ petition i.e. 1924 of 2019, in Paragraph-2 inadvertently the period for compliance has reflected as "90 months" instead of "90 days".

3. The aforesaid modification sought for is not opposed by the State Counsel.

4. Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed and disposed of. The order 18.03.2019 stands modified to the extent that the period mentioned in Paragraph-2 for compliance shall be read as "90 days" instead of "90 months".

5. The registry is directed to place a copy of this order in the records of WPS No. 1924 of 2019.
