Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. and also prays for a direction to expedite the trial. It is ordered as prayed for.

Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial within a period of six months.
