The present MCC has been filed seeking for correction/modification in the order dated 30.09.2021 passed by this Court in WPS No. 1694 of 2021. Counsel for the applicant submits that on account of clerical error, in the fourth line of paragraph-4 of the order dated 30.09.2021, it has been wrongly typed as "In-charge Principal" in stead of "In-charge District Education Officer" and prays for correction of the same. The said modification sought for is not opposed by the State counsel. Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed. The order dated 30.09.2021 passed in WPS No. 1694 of 2021 stands modified to the extant that in the fourth line of paragraph no.4 now it shall be read as "In-charge District Education Officer" in stead of "In-charge Principal".
