2. The applicants have preferred this bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., as they are arrested in connection with Crime No.136/2020 registered at Police Station Narayanpur, DistrictNarayanpur (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 306, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Deceased Lakshmi Manikpuri was the niece of the present applicants. Her parents having died and her husband having abandoned her. She was living with the present applicants. On allegation that because of her conduct, there is dispute between three brothers and she was enjoying her life, the deceased was always commented and tortured by these applicants. Therefore, out of disguised and frustration, she committed suicide by self immolation on 03-09-2020.

4. Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail.

5. Considering the nature of allegation and for the fact that these applicants are in jail since 12.10.2020 and the charge sheet has already been filed, this Court is inclined to release the applicants on bail.

6. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and the applicants are directed to be released on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
