1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the non releasing of the C.R.M.C. Encouragement Allowance which is given to a Medical Practitioner for working in a Scheduled Area.

2. According to the petitioner the same has been deprived to him in spite of discharging his duties normally. According to the petitioner he has made representation Annexure P-3 dated 13.12.2019 in this regard however the same has not been till date decided.

3. From the perusal of the records it appears that for a period between 10.11.2016 to 04.04.2019 the petitioner was placed under suspension, subsequently the order of suspension seems to have been revoked and he

has been taken back in service. The fact that he has now been taken back in service from 04.04.2019 and from then onwards the petitioner is discharging his regular duties the petitioner's claim for benefit of CRMC encouragement Allowance has to be decided by the concerned authorities. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondent No.2 & 3 to look into the representation that the petitioner has made for release of the aforesaid encouragement allowance at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim, the representation has to be decided purely in accordance with the rules governing the field.
