1. Counsel for the petitioner makes an oral request for making necessary correction in the cause title of the writ petition.
2. Not opposed.
3. Let necessary amendment be carried out during the course of the day itself.
4. The grievance raised by the petitioner in the present writ petition is that though the husband of the petitioner has retired from service w.e.f. 31.03.2018, but inspite of more than 6 months having passed, the retiral dues payable to the petitioner has not been settled, in as much as according to the petitioner, he has not received even a single penny after retirement. It is further submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that the husband of the petitioner had also suffered
-2from paralytic attack and is in dire need of money for treatment and survival.

Given the aforesaid factual matrix of the case, this Court is of the opinion that no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the petition pending, rather ends of justice would serve if the respondent No.2 is directed to personally scrutinize the claim of the petitioner and to ensure that the entire retiral dues payable to the petitioner is released to the petitioner forthwith within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
6. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
