1. This is an office reference based on the request letter dated 29/07/2019 sent by the Civil Judge Class- II, Dharamjaigarh, Dist. Raigarh for extension of time for final disposal of civil suit No. 11A/2012 (Shraddha Singh Vs. Rekha & Ors.)

2. This Court vide order dated 04/01/2019 had granted time of three months to the trial Court to dispose of civil suit No. 11A/2012, which has not been complied with and further extension of time has been sought.

3. Considering the request made and the grounds stated in the letter, further time of two months' is granted to learned trial Court to dispose of the said civil suit by taking the trial on day-to-day basis.

4. Accordingly, this M.C.C. stands disposed of.
