P.U.D. has been received from the Registry in which request has been made for correction of typographical mistake in the order dated 20.11.2020 passed in W.P.(227) No.907 of 2012. On perusal of the order mentioned hereinabove, it is found that there is a typographical mistake and instead of passing order of dismissal of the writ petition, it has been typed bail petition erroneously. Therefore, the request made in the P.U.D. is allowed. It is ordered that the word 'bail' mentioned in the paragraph No. 02 of the order mentioned hereinabove be now hereinafter read as writ petition W.P.(227) No.907 of 2012.
