Counsel for the petitioner at the outset prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with a liberty to ventilate his grievances with the respondents on the administrative side. He submits that in case if he makes a fresh representation in details with relevant documents to the authorities in the department, the authority may consider the same without being in any manner influenced or biased by the earlier decision taken, so far as his claim is concerned. Not opposed.

With the aforesaid liberty, the present writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
