1. The applicants have preferred this Second bail application under Section 439 of the CrPC, as they have been arrested in connection with Crime No.111/2020, registered at Police Station Patewa, District Mahasamund, Chhattisgarh for the Offence punishable under Section 364-A read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code.

2. The earlier bail application was decided on merits by detailed

order on 28-08-2020. There is no such change in the circumstances warranting taking a different view of the matter at this stage.
