The learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that since Khatma report has been submitted by the investigating agency, he would like to withdraw the petition.

On the other hand the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Respondent No. 2 has raised various serious objections with regard to the withdrawal of the petition.

In view of the aforementioned submission made by the Petitioner, it is evident that no fruitful purpose would be served if this petition is allowed to be continued. Thus, the Petitioner is permitted to withdraw this petition at his own peril, at this stage.

The present CrMP dismissed as withdrawn.
