1. Heard on petition.

2. It is submitted that the petitioner was issued a notice under Section 248(1) of Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Act by respondent No.3. Subsequent to that the petitioner filed application under Right to Information Act before the authorities for seeking information. No information was provided to him by the PIO. The petitioner then preferred appeal before the appellate authority, but the PIO submitted false information, that the copies have been supplied to the petitioner, because of which the appeal of the petitioner was dismissed by the

appellate authority. The petitioner has then filed complaint before respondent No.2 against the concerned officers and employees praying for taking action and granting relief to the petitioner, which is pending for decision so far. It is submitted hat the petition may be disposed off with a direction.

3. Learned counsel representing for State/respondent No.1, 2 & 3 opposes the submissions made in this respect. However it is submitted that she has no objection if the case is disposed off with an appropriate direction.

4. After considering on the submissions made by counsel from both the sides, the petition is disposed off at motion stage. Respondent No.2 is directed to consider on the complaint made by the petitioner dated 12.3.2021 and if necessary, make an inquiry and do the needful in accordance with law & rules applicable.
