This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.82/2015, registered at Police Station-Baikunthpur, Distt.Koriya (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 457 and 381 of the IPC.

This is second bail application. First bail application of the applicant has been dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 12.5.2015 passed in M.Cr.C.No.1958 of 2015.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that seven prosecution witnesses have already been examined.

I do not find any ground to entertain this second bail application. Consequently, the second bail application is rejected. However, considering the fact that seven prosecution witnesses have already been examined, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
