1. Perusal of the the communication dated 16.11.2017 received from the Dy. Jail Superintendent, Central Jail, Durg would show that the appellant has suffered his entire jail sentence and he has been released on 01.09.2017.

2. In view of the above learned counsel for the appellant does not want to press this appeal on merits.

3. Consequently, the appeal is dismissed as infructuous as the appellant do not want to prosecute the appeal as he has already suffered his entire jail sentence.
