1. This is third bail application for grant of regular bail to applicant. Previous two bail applications bearing M.Cr.C. No.9713/2018 & 8087/2020 were dismissed on merits vide orders dated 18.2.2019 & 18.1.2021 respectively.

2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this third application for grant of regular to applicant.

3. In view of above, this third application for grant of regular bail is dismissed as withdrawn.
