Shri Jitendra Pali, counsel for the respondent. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that pursuant to the order dated 10/07/2020 passed in WPS No.2635/2020 the petitioner has been reinstated, however since no back wages was ordered it cannot be paid. Learned counsel for the petitioner do not dispute the fact that the back wages was not ordered.

In view of this, the rule is discharged.
