07/12/2020 A request has been received from the Court of District Judge, Raipur, C.G., in which the extension of time has been prayed for in concluding the trial in the Civil Suit No.198/2018 pending before the same Court. This Court had while disposing off the W.P.(227) No.265 of 2020 on 06.03.2020 directed the trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within a period of 06 months. After considering on the reasons mentioned in the P.U.D., the request is allowed and extension of three months time is granted as prayed for.
