The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of transfer dated 11.11.2020 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Dongargaon to Mohala, district Rajnandgaon. The petitioner is discharging his duties that of a Patwari.

Considering the short distance between the two places of posting this Court is reluctant to entertain with the writ petition. 3.

The counsel for the petitioner at this juncture submits that the petitioner and his family members are facing with many medical issues and on account of which the petitioner wants that he be

retained at the present place of posting for some more time. This prayer of the petitioner also is not which can be taken note of only by the respondent authorities who has issued the impugned order of transfer. Accordingly, let the petitioner make an appropriate representation to the respondent No.3 and in the said representation the petitioner may be permitted to take all the grounds that he intends to take including the medical ground faced by him.

Subject to the petitioner making a representation, the respondent No.3-District Collector is expected to take a decision purely in accordance with the facts and circumstances and also taking into consideration the contents of the representation that the petitioner shall make. Let a decision on the said representation be taken at the earliest preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
