Perused the records of criminal case No.90 of 2015 received from the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Balrampur ( at Ramanujganj). 2.

The applicant is apprehending his arrest, in view of arrest warrant issued against him by the Court below after taking cognizance of the complaint of the Court regarding impersonation and submission of fabricated document of compromise. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has been involved only on the ground that he happens to be the brother of applicant Rajkumar Gupta, whose case was pending consideration his appeal. He submits that the applicant has neither signed the compromise document nor he identified Jetan Khairwar, co-accused as Lallu Yadav. 4.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the State opposes prayer and submits that the allegations are serious as the applicant is alleged to have committed act of cheating and forgery in the Court proceedings.

I have gone through the record of the Case. In the order sheets dated 02.06.2015,

presence of the applicant has also been recorded as the person identifying Jetan as Lallu Yadav. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant. The bail application is rejected.
