1. Pending the writ petition the petitioner has been promoted on the post of Staff Nurse w.e.f. 17.12.2020. The only grievance of the petitioner now remains to be considered is whether the petitioner has been wrongly denied promotion in past when her juniors were promoted on 09.10.2020.

2. Given the said fact, let a representation in this regard be made by the petitioner to the respondents 2 & 3 within a period of 15 days from today. The respondents 2 & 3 in turn shall duly process the claim of the petitioner in accordance with the service rules governing the field and also consider the entitlement of the petitioner for promotion at par with her immediate juniors who have been promoted on 09.10.2020. Let the representation of the petitioner be decided within a period of 120 days from the date of receipt of the representation of the petitioner.
