Hon'ble Shri Justice Gautam Chourdiya Order On Board 25/11/2021 1) Heard.

2) Since both these applications arise out of the same crime number, they are being disposed of by this common order.

3) These are the Second Bail Applications filed by the applicants under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of bail. The First Bail Application i.e. MCRC No. 3568/2021 was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 15/09/2021. 4) The applicants are arrested on 23/02/2021 in connection with Crime No. 19/2021 registered at Police Station Chakarbhatha, District Bilaspur (C.G.) for the offence under Sections 302/34 of Indian Penal Code.

5) Learned counsel for the applicants seek to withdraw these bail applications with liberty to file afresh as and when occasion arises. 6) Counsel for the State as well as counsel for the Objector has no objection to the above prayer.

7) Permission granted.

8) Accordingly, both the applications are dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
