2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that present petitioner is the owner of Khasra No.214/3 area ad-

WPC No. 4175 of 2021 measuring 0.50 acres situated at village Bhilauni, Tahsil Pamgarh, District Janjgir-Champa which has been acquired for construction of road.

3. The notice Annexure P-2 was published regarding acquisition of land with respect to the owners of land for construction of road, this notice does not mention about the land of the present petitioner acquired under the same transaction. The petitioner then filed a representation vide Annexure P3 praying respondents No. 2 and 3 to include land which has been acquired in the acquisition process but the same has not been considered so far, therefore, a direction be issued.

4. Learned State counsel representing respondents No.1 to 4 oppose the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, however he would submit that an appropriate order be passed.

5. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at motion stage and respondents No. 2 and 3 are directed to consider the representation filed by the petitioner dated 18.6.2021 and dispose of the same preferably within a period of one month.
