1. The grievance of the petitioners seems to be the declaration of the petitioners as surplus teachers in the respective schools under the Education Department.

2. The declaration of the petitioners were done wayback in the year 2015. The grievance of the petitioners now is that they had approached the Collector in respect of their grievance of being declared surplus and their representation is still pending consideration before respondent No.2.

3. Without entering into the merits of the case and without expressing any opinion so far as claim raised by the petitioners is concerned, the petitioners in addition to the representation that they have made are also permitted to make fresh representation along with relevant records to respondent No.2 who in turn may look into the grievance of the petitioner and may decide the same purely in accordance with the provisions of law governing the field at the earliest preferably within a period of four months.
