This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.153/2014, registered at Police StationGharghoda, District-Raigarh (CG), for the offence punishable under Sections 395, 397, 365 and 120B of the IPC.

At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application with a request that the trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
