This is second bail application for grant of bail to the applicant in connection with Crime No.112/2016 registered at P.L. Dharamjaigarh, Distt. Raigarh (C.G) for the offence punishable u/ss 147, 149, 307, 302 of IPC.

Since it is stated that the trial is at the fag end, at this stage, it would not be fair to evaluate the statements of witnesses as a whole by this Court to reconsider the bail as it would amount to usurping the power of the trial Court. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is requested to dispose of the case as early as possible.
