1. Heard Ms Juhi Jaiswal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Pankaj Agrawal, learned counsel appearing for respondents No.1 to 3 on the question of admission of this writ petition.

2. Ms Juhi Jaiswal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, would submit that against the order of dismissal dated 15.5.2021 the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the appellate authority under Standing Orders, which has not been considered and decided till this date, which may be directed to be decided within the

stipulated time.

3. Mr.Pankaj Agrawal, learned counsel appearing for respondents No.1 to 3, would submit that it will be decided within 45 days.

4. Be that as it may, the appellate authority is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's appeal within 45 days from the production of a copy of this order by reasoned and speaking order. The petitioner is at liberty to raise all such permissible grounds available under the law before the appellate authority.

5. With the aforesaid observation / direction, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
