The present application has been filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant who is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.199/2017, registered at Police Station - Jarhagaon, District Mungeli, for the offence punishable under Section 376 IPC.
