1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was initially appointed as Shiksha Karmi Grade-III on 05.08.2008, thereafter, he has completed his 8 years of service on 05.08.2016 from the initial appointment, therefore, as per the circular of the State government Annexure P-1, dated 17.05.2013 the petitioner was entitled to get the revised pay scale from 05.08.2016 whereas the benefit of revised pay scale was granted from 05.12.2018.

Considering the facts, after perusal of the circular dated 17.05.2013, it is directed that the Respondents No. 3 & 4 shall take appropriate decision at the earliest for releasing the arrears of revised pay scale after verification of the factual aspect whether the petitioner has completed 8 years of service on 05.08.2016 or not. It is expected that the said exercise shall be carried out within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.
