1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of transfer dated 24.06.2020 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Veterinary Hospital, Vandana Mainpat to new Veterinary Hospital, Sarbhanja.

2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner for the past couple of years has been facing many medical issues and that he has immobility issue as he has some problem in one of his legs. He is unable to travel of his own and he is required assistance all along for bringing him to office and taking back. Counsel for the petitioner submits that at this juncture complying with the order of transfer dated 24.06.2020 would be putting the petitioner to greater difficulties.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has been transferred 7 months back, this Court at this juncture would not like to interfere with the impugned order of transfer but would direct the State Authorities that in the event the petitioner makes a representation in respect of his personal inconvenience that he has as regards his posting is concerned, the respondent no.2 shall consider the same sympathetically and take a decision at the earliest preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
