Agrawal Order On Board 16/05/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file revision against the impugned order dated 19.04.2017 passed by Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ambikapur in Complaint Case No.515/2015. (2) Permission is granted, as prayed for.

(3) Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid. No order as to costs.

(4) The certified copy of the order impugned be returned to the learned counsel for the petitioner, after furnishing an attested photocopy thereof.
