Heard on application for leave to appeal under Section 378(4) of CrPC. 2.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case particularly, the evidence which have come on record that of the officers of the appellant-establishment, this Court is of the opinion that prima facie a strong case for grant of leave to appeal has been made out. 3.

Accordingly, the present application for leave to appeal is allowed. 4.

Registry is directed to register the present case as a regular Acquittal Appeal.

Heard on Acquittal Appeal also.

The Acquittal Appeal is admitted for hearing. 7.
