1. Heard.

2. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.582/2020, registered at Police Station City Kotwali, Balodabazar District Balodabazar, Bhatapara C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 394, 341, 294, 34 of the I.P.C.

3. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that applicants have looted one Vivo mobile set and ₹ 25,000/- from the complainant.

4. Learned counsel for the applicants would submit that the parties are known to each other and they have settled their dispute as the amount of ₹ 25,000/- has already been returned to the complainant.

5. Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail.

6. Considering that the applicants are in jail since 18.11.2020 and also for the fact that the charge-sheet has already been filed; offences are triable by JMFC, I am inclined to release the applicants on bail.

7. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicants are directed to be released on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. They are directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
