1. The limited grievance that the petitioner has in the present writ petition is the non deciding an appeal that petitioners have made before respondent no.3.

2. Grievance of the petitioner is that they have been illegally terminated vide order dated 21.09.2020 and against which the petitioners had preferred an appeal immediately on 03.10.2020, however till date the appeal is pending consideration and has not been decided.

3. Considering the limited grievance that petitioner has, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of expecting the respondent no.3 who is also the Chairman of the Executive Committee to ensure that the appeal which is pending before him or in case if it is before any other authority, the said Appellate Authority should ensure that appeal is decided within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise the order passed by this Court to the Appellate Authority.
