This is a repeat bail application moved by learned counsel for the applicant on the ground of delay in exercise of liberty granted by this Court earlier.

Taking into consideration the nature of allegation, though the applicant is in jail since 27-11-2019, at this stage, only on the ground of delay, I am not inclined to grant bail to the applicant.

Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed. However, in case, there is no likelihood of conclusion of trial at the end of June, 2021, the applicant may repeat his bail application.
