Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's application for release of amount of Rs. 8,00,000/- has been rejected by the Claims Tribunal without assigning any reasons and without making any enquiry. 2.

Be that as it may, the learned Claims Tribunal is directed to consider the petitioner's application afresh and to make an enquiry, if necessary, and thereafter, pass a fresh order within two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
