1. The applicants have preferred this application for grant of bail as they are arrested in connection with Crime No.221/2017 registered in Police Station Pathariya, District Mungeli for offence under Sections 34(1)(A), 34 (2) & 59(A) of the Chhattisgarh Excise
Act for illegally possessing 9.540 bulk liters of country made liquor.
2. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the applicants are in jail since 7.5.2017, this Court is inclined to release them on bail. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicants are directed to be released on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with 2 sureties for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. They are directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court. It is made clear that if the applicants involves themselves in the offence of similar nature in future, this order granting bail to the applicants shall automatically stand cancelled without reference to the Bench.
