The applicants have preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as they apprehend their arrest in connection with Crime No.69/2020, registered at Police Station Dhourpur, District Surguja (CG), for offence punishable under Sections 294, 506(B), 323, 325, 307, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.
Total seven accused persons formed unlawful assembly and caused multiple injuries on the head and over frontal bone of injured Mahinath and some other persons.

Learned counsel appearing for the State, per contra, would oppose the bail application.

Considering the nature of evidence and having seen the case diary, this Court is not inclined to extend the benefit of Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. to the applicantd.

Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is rejected. However, in the event applicants surrender and move the regular bail application, the jurisdictional Court shall consider and decide the same on the same day.
