Heard on application for grant of leave to appeal. Perused the record and the order dated 20/03/2014. Considering the statement of the complainant, leave to appeal is allowed. Since respondent is already represented no further notice is required.

After registration of the acquittal appeal, case be registered before this court after four weeks.
