1. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that pending the Petition it has been informed that some development has taken place in between, like the complainant - Uma Pandey herself has moved an application for deleting name of the present Petitioner Sanjay Singh as accused person for the reason that she has learnt that present Petitioner - Sanjay Singh is not that Sanjay Singh who had assaulted her. The said application has been rejected by the Trial Court vide order dated 16.06.2016.

2. Further from the record it shows that the order dated 16.06.2016 has not been challenged before this Court.

3. At this juncture, Shri Dubey prays for withdrawal of the present

Cr.M.P. seeking for an opportunity to assail the order dated 16.06.2016 separately.
