1. The limited relief that the petitioner has sought for is that, inspite of the fact he has been appointed about 11 years back i.e. in the year, 2008 and the case of the petitioner also being recommended by the authorities in the department for confirmation, no final order till date have been passed confirming the services of the petitioner.

2. Given the limited relief that the petitioner has, let the respondents No.2&3 take an early decision in the case of the petitioner so far as his claim for confirmation is concerned in accordance with rules and regulations governing the service conditions of the petitioner and which is applicable in the respondents No.2&3-department. Let this exercise be completed within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
