Complainant, who is father of the prosecutrix is present through virtual mode from District Legal Services Authority, Jagdalpur and he submits that he is having strong objection in grant of bail to the applicant.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application at this stage with liberty to revive the same after examination of the prosecutrix.
