1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the inaction on the part of the respondents in not paying the full pension payable to the petitioner.

2. According to the petitioner, he does not suffer from any disqualification by which he would not be entitled for full pension. According to the petitioner, there is no preliminary inquiry or departmental inquiry and also there is no criminal case pending against him and the only dispute which seems to be the ad hoc service that he had rendered from 1982 to 1991.

3. Given the aforesaid factual matrix of the case, the writ petition at this juncture can be disposed of directing the respondents 1 & 2 to take an appropriate decision on the claim of the petitioner for grant of full (100%) pension at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The respondents should also ensure that the petitioner is duly paid with all retiral dues which he is otherwise entitled for, failing which the entire unpaid retiral dues shall carry interest @ 10% from the date of retirement till the date of actual payment.
