1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of cancellation of contractual appointment of the petitioner vide Annexure P-2 dated 11.01.2018.

2. Counsel for the petitioner referring to the impugned order submits that the said order is stigmatic and it may come in the way of the petitioner going for some future employment elsewhere.

3. Without entering into the merits of the case since the impugned order is only cancellation of her contractual appointment and the

cancellation is in accordance with the conditions stipulated in the contract agreement itself, the said order cannot be considered to be in any manner stigmatic.

4. This Court without interfering with the impugned order clarifies that the said order shall not be treated as a disqualification or stigmatic order for the purpose of any future employment, if any which the petitioner intends to participate.
