1. Heard.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a resident of village Deori Teh. Sakti Distt. Janjgir Champa (C.G.) and also was Sarpanch at Gram Panchayat Deori and she has entered into an agreement with Gram Panchayat Deori under MNREGA scheme for the construction of certain Bridge in Village Daihanbhata to Upkanchuva and the said construction was carried out. Subsequently, with the change of the

Sarpanch, despite the fact that the resolution was passed, the payment and the bill vouchers are being with-held by the newly elected Sarpanch and being replaced with the other bills and vouchers. It is further submitted that under these circumstances, the Gram Panchayat has also passed a resolution to release the payment but eventually it was not done. Consequently, representations were made by the petitioner to the SDO (Revenue) Janpad Panchayat Sakti (Annexure P/7) and CEO Janpad Panchayat Sakti (Annexure P/8) collectively on 06.11.2020. The only prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition is that the said representations may be directed to be decided by evaluating the facts.

Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner and after going through the contents of the representations dated 06.11.2020 (Annexure P/7 and P/8), it is directed that the CEO Janpad Panchayat Sakti (respondent No. 3) and the SDO Janpad Panchayat Sakti in consortium shall decide the representation of the petitioner within an outer limit of four months.

4. With the aforesaid direction/ observation, the writ petition stands disposed off.
