1. The grievance of the petitioner is the inaction on the part of the respondents in not deciding the claim for compassionate appointment
2. According to the petitioner, her husband was working as a Peon in the office of the respondent No. 4 and who died in harness on 04.05.2018, thereafter the petitioner has moved an application for compassionate appointment.
3. According to the petitioner, the respondent No. 4 has already recommended the case and has forwarded the same to the respondent No. 3 where the application is still pending.
4. Given the aforesaid factual matrix of the case, let the respondents No. 2 & 3 take an appropriate decision on the claim of the petitioner for grant of compassionate appointment in accordance with the Rules, Regulations and Scheme governing the field at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
