Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that instant petition has been filed for initiating proceedings against respondent No.2 Anil Agrawal. However, during the pendency of this petition, respondent No.2 Anil Agrawal has died, therefore, no cause of action survives. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the instant petition.
