The applicant has preferred this Second bail application under Section 439 of the CrPC, as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.98//2020, registered at Police Station Gharghoda, District: Raigarh(C.G.) for the offences punishable under Sections 457, 506, 323, 342, 395 of Indian Penal Code. 2.

The earlier bail application was decided on merits by detailed order on 27-08-2020. There is no such change in the circumstances warranting taking a different view of the matter at this stage.
